

Mark Dennen is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for ACM Aviation, LLC. Mr. Dennen has overall responsibility for ACM’s financial reporting, accounting, taxation, banking and contract negotiations. Mr. Dennen also works with ACM clients and their advisors on various tax and business aspects of aircraft ownership structures. Prior to joining ACM Aviation, Mr. Dennen was with TAG Aviation and its successors as Senior Vice President of Finance for 13 years. Mr. Dennen has been a member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) tax committee for over 10 years, and has lectured at several industry seminars on aviation tax topics. Mr. Dennen received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 1997 with a major in Finance and Management. He also received his CPA from the State of Connecticut and has a BS in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island. Prior to joining TAG, Mr. Dennen worked for Coopers & Lybrand in their audit group.
