Frank Milian is currently responsible for expanding fleet operations, both domestically and internationally. Frank has over 40 years of industry experience and has held senior level management positions with leading business aviation companies throughout the United States. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with over 7,000 hours and 3 type ratings, an Airframe license and was a former designated pilot examiner for the issuance of the Citation and Diamond type ratings. Frank has served as, Chairman of the Air Charter Committee and a member of the Board of Directors for the National Air Transportation Association, a member of the Board of Directors San Diego Regional Aviation Association, a member of the San Diego Regional Airport Advisory Committee as well as a member of the FAR 135/125 Aviation Rulemaking Committee. Frank holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University.
