Mr. Milian is currently the President of ACM Aviation, located in San Jose, Ca. Mr. Milian has over 37 years of industry experience and has held senior level management positions with leading business aviation companies. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with Learjet, Citation and Diamond type ratings and has over 7,000 hours of flight time. He is a licensed airframe mechanic and former designated Airline Transport Pilot Examiner for the Citation and Diamond aircraft. Mr. Milian is a former chairman of the Air Charter Committee and current member of the Board of Directors for the National Air Transportation Association, and has been a former member of the Board of Directors San Diego Regional Aviation Association, San Diego Regional Airport Advisory Committee and has also served on the recent Federal Aviation Administration’s FAR135/125 Aviation Rulemaking Committee. Mr. Milian holds Master of Business Administration degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University.
