San Jose, CA – April 29, 2009. ACM Aviation, a leader in world-wide on-demand jet charter, is pleased to announce the addition of two key Management Executives. Paul Class and Mark Dennen are industry veterans who bring a wealth of aviation experience and relationships to both our company and our clientele.
Paul Class is Senior Vice President of Charter Services where he is responsible for the company’s worldwide Charter business. Prior to his appointment at ACM Aviation, Paul was with TAG Aviation and its successor Sentient Flight Group and Jet Direct Aviation as Senior Vice President of Charter Services for the highly successful nationwide charter team for over 10 years. Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management and is a private pilot.
Mark Dennen is ACM Aviation’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dennen has overall responsibility for all of ACM’s financial reporting, accounting, taxation, banking and contract negotiations. Prior to joining ACM Aviation, Mr. Dennen was with TAG Aviation and its successor Sentient Flight Group and Jet Direct Aviation as Senior Vice President of Finance for 13 years. Mr. Dennen has been a member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) tax committee for over 10 years, and has lectured at several industry seminars on aviation tax topics. Mr. Dennen received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 1997 with a major in Finance and Management. He also received his CPA from the State of Connecticut and has a BS in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
Paul and Mark will be located at ACM Aviation’s White Plains office located on the field at White Plains Airport. This location will serve as the east coast operations center for charter/dispatch in tandem to offices at Teterboro and San Jose.
